The Little Traumas are called Adverse Childhood Experiences also known as A.C.E.S. I find that using the words, “Little Traumas” resonates better with those I have served over the years. It sounds more relatable and is easier to remember. For example, I may say during a session, "Is that considered a Little Trauma that you may not have been aware of?"
