Company Information

EmPowered Purpose Academy is owned and operated by R&S Coaching & Consulting LLC, a North Carolina Limited Liability Company in good standing.

Products & Services

Our products and services include educational materials, books, courses, certification programs, mentorship programs, and related digital or physical resources.

• All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

• Digital products are delivered electronically (via email, download link, or portal access).

• Physical products ship within 14 business days unless otherwise stated.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods securely through our system:

• Stripe (credit/debit cards)

• PayPal

• Klarna – flexible “Pay Later” or installment options (via Stripe, where available)

• Apple Pay and Google Pay – supported through Stripe for eligible devices and browsers

All payments are processed through trusted third-party providers. EmPowered Purpose Academy does not store your full payment information.

Important Notes:

• When you select Klarna, you agree to Klarna’s own terms of use and credit approval process. Klarna may perform a soft credit check and offer payment plans based on your eligibility.

• When paying with Google Pay or Apple Pay, you authorize your connected payment account to process the transaction through Stripe.

• Orders are only charged when products are shipped or services are delivered.

Refunds & Cancellations

All digital product sales are final due to the nature of immediate access.
Physical product refunds, if applicable, must be requested within 7 days of receipt and approved on a case-by-case basis.

If you make a purchase using Klarna, any approved refund will be processed back through Klarna, and your remaining payment schedule will be adjusted accordingly.

Intellectual Property

All content—including but not limited to text, videos, logos, course materials, graphics, and digital resources—is the property of R&S Coaching & Consulting LLC and is protected by copyright law.

You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any material without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

EmPowered Purpose Academy and R&S Coaching & Consulting LLC are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, programs, or products.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
