Physical Products

Customers have the right to return physical items within 14 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a refund:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

• Returns must include all original packaging and materials.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item arrived damaged or defective, or

• The wrong item was shipped.

Digital Products

Because digital items provide instant access, all digital downloads, courses, programs, certifications, mentorship sessions, and eBooks are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need to exchange an item, please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery to initiate the exchange process.

Refunds for Klarna, Google Pay, and Apple Pay Orders

• Klarna: If your purchase was made using Klarna, approved refunds will be processed through Klarna, and your remaining payment schedule will automatically adjust or cancel depending on the refund amount. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for Klarna to update your payment plan.

• Google Pay / Apple Pay: Refunds for payments made through Google Pay or Apple Pay will be returned to the same linked card or account used at checkout. Processing times vary by bank and payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Digital downloads, eBooks, or online courses

• Coaching sessions, mentorship programs, or live trainings

• Gift cards or promotional bundles
