I had the opportunity to attend a Faith and Grief presentation by Mrs. Shakeeta Torres and it was a phenomenal blend of scriptures, the expression of her faith, and her clinical training. This training enhanced awareness of the role spirituality has in coping with grief and how it is reflected in the Bible. Although scriptures were integrated, it was beneficial for those who may carry different faith beliefs. Overall, a strong and organized presenter. Well worth it!
